QIPP resource packs

YHPHO has become part of Public Health England, joining its Knowledge and Intelligence Team (Northern and Yorkshire).

This page is an historical archive only.

The Yorkshire and the Humber Quality Observatory (YHQO) QIPP resource packs enable organisations in the region to understand some of the challenges and opportunities presented by the QIPP agenda.

QIPP Resource Packs 2010 - 2011

Each pack includes a better for less example (local schemes that have potential to develop better quality at lower cost), hot topic designed to offer insight / raise questions about variation in performance and QIPP metrics.

QIPP resource packs: bespoke

QIPP resource packs: urgent care

QIPP packs have been produced for each PCT Cluster (October 2011) on the theme of urgent care. The packs have been shaped through local discussion. They provide bespoke applied analysis setting out issues and identifying actions relating to key local health system challenges. The key messages from the packs are currently being explored with local clinicians and commissioners. Discussions are also underway with Cluster senior teams to identify themes for each cluster for further analytical work.

To find out more about the pack for your area or to arrange a visit, please contact Sue Baughan, Assistant Director: sue.baughan@york.ac.uk or Jake Abbas: jake.abbas@york.ac.uk.
